Maach Mishti & More is a concept, the credit of which goes to Mrs. Devika Ghosh Dastidar Chaudhury. Mrs. Chudhury, a very close friend of Mrs. Nath, an entrepreneur herself, advised her to start MMM. Mrs. Sumita K Mukherjee Nath, was the chief chef for all the parties held at home and was the perfect hostess. She used to cook for at least 40-50 persons every seating several times each week. Mrs. Nath, a housewife, has started Maach Mishti & More to bring the street food and kitchen delicacies of Bengal to Bangalore. Here we would like to thank Mr. B. Sathish of Premium Builders, Udipi and his wife Mrs. Rajani Sathish for their contribution, guidance and support. We are forever grateful to Mr. & Mrs. Sathish without whose help this project would not have been possible.
Maach Mishti & More has employed Mr. Md. Illiyas, an eminent cook from Howrah to head the project as Chief Chef Street Food Division. Maach Mishti & More believes in quality and process so as to ensure that the best of the best quality reaches its customers.
Maach, Mishti & More is an exclusive food joint where the cuisine is inspired from the authentic kitchens of Bengal. A one stop shop for delicious Kati Rolls, Fish Fry, Fish Batter Fry, Moglai Parota, & for sweets like authentic Rasogolla and Kamola Bhog.

The concept of Wood Fire Pizza along with the cuisine of Bengal is a radical concept of her husband Kaustav and his friend of 24 years Mr. Sanjay M. Ray. Mr. Nath is a Pilot and An Aviation Professional is noted for his contribution to the service industry where Mr. Ray is an Alumni of the Prestigious WGSHA, Manipal and was with Prestigious Taj Bengal and Jet Airways, before venturing into business.
